The early seating beginning at 6:15 PM is perfect for those who wish to start their celebrations early and will feature a scrumptious four course tasting menu. For a more indulgent experience, join us for the later, 21+ seating starting at 8:45 PM. This seating will feature a decadent six course tasting menu and allow for guests to toast to new beginnings as we ring in 2025. We opted out of a theme this year, though we are encouraging guests to dress to impress in their fairest Aspen Winter Chic!
