
James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Ope Amosu is bringing the culture and the Nigerian flavor from Houston to Aspen and Mawa's Kitchen on February 19, 20 & 21. For these three nights, Mawa's Kitchen will transform into MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded ChòpnBlọk with Chef Ope at the helm. This four-course, family style dinner will feature his signature, and heavily lauded contemporary approach to Nigerian recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
