Gratitude is Grounding

Before the holiday rush, gift yourself an hour to slow down and return to what’s already here. This 60-minute workshop is a sacred pause to breathe, reflect, and reconnect through guided meditation, journaling, and heartfelt connection. Together, the group will move from busy minds to open hearts and remember that gratitude isn’t a list—it’s a frequency, a way of being. Come as you are, and leave rooted in appreciation, presence, and peace.

Led by Jamie Butemeyer, certified master coach and founder of The School of Expression, this experience blends mindfulness, embodiment, and creative reflection to invite genuine transformation. Jamie’s work guides high-performing creatives and soulful seekers to move from performing to expressing—rooting back into authenticity, presence, and aliveness.

Admission is complimentary for MOLLIE hotel guests and $20 for the public. Journals will be provided for all attendees. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or utilize one of the mats provided.
