The community is invited to celebrate the season with old fashioned holiday fun and a new West End Holiday Market on Monday, December 8th from 4 – 6:30 pm at the Wheeler/Stallard Museum and Archives Building.
The free event showcases the museum’s nostalgic Victorian-era holiday décor as well as the popular exhibit Decade by Decade: Aspen Revealed, on display for a final season on the second floor.
New this year, browse the West End Holiday Market, hosted in partnership with Greg Shaw & the Palladium Group, featuring talented local artisans including Jennifer Roberts & Isa Catto; Nika Meyers; Aspen Soap Co.; Jeremy Joseph Photography; Leah Potts; Pollinator Chocolate; Osprey Designs; and Delamora Designs. Shop gifts for everyone on your list, in addition to the unique items in the AHS museum gift shop, including special edition 2026 photo calendars while supplies last.
Stop for s’mores and cocoa at the fire pit on the way to the holiday market, and don’t miss the new display in the Archives Building Community Gallery, Mountainscapes: Photography by David Dyer.
With carolers led by pianist David Dyer, holiday libations, and more, it will be a festive and fun night at the museum!
