Join CMC on a trip down the Mekong River and tour of Southeast Asia. Learn to prepare Vietnamese and Cambodian specialties including Spring Roll with Hoisin Peanut Dripping Sauce and Cambodian Lok-Lak beef. Students must be at least 17 years of age.
