Receive a $2,026 master account credit when you source a qualifying program through Aspen Chamber Resort Association for distribution to our participating Aspen properties. Submit your RFP here or email us directly at [email protected] to qualify for the credit. 

The RFP must be for a minimum of 20 sleeping room nights at one of our participating Aspen properties. Offer applies when contract is signed between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 for future programs. Credit will be paid directly to the property to be applied to the master account after the group departs.

Aspen Chamber Resort Association will reimburse your site visit airfare up to $700 when you source a qualifying program through Aspen Chamber Resort Association for distribution to our participating Aspen properties. Submit your RFP here or email us directly at [email protected] to qualify for the site visit reimbursement. 

The RFP must be for a minimum of 20 sleeping room nights at one of our participating Aspen properties. Airfare will be reimbursed after the site visit and upon Aspen Chamber Resort Association’s receipt of the paid airfare itinerary receipt. Offer applies to RFPs submitted through December 31, 2026. Reimbursement for airfare will be extended to one representative per program. Restrictions may apply.
