Continue the morning on Aspen Mountain, riding the “bucket” (as locals refer to the Silver Queen Gondola), and exploring the variety of blue & black runs. Keep your eye out for the famed shrines around the mountain. Often found in the trees on various trails, these shrines pay homage to everything from Marilyn Monroe to the Yankee Stadium. Please note: Aspen Mountain does not have any beginner/green circle runs.

Breakfast at Bonnie’s! This longtime eatery located mid-mountain at the base of North American or Tourtelotte Park is an institution. Known for their homemade bread and an array of desserts (which you choose first!), most famously their Apple Strudel, this is definitely food for your soul.
