A second location of the award-winning Thai restaurant Sway and a new Japanese izakaya concept by Yoshi Okai. Sway is now open on 308 East Hopkins Street. “Same Same, but Different,” the new location will take the foundation of the iconic Austin sway concept but layer in regional ingredients and tailor the menu and design to Aspen sensibilities. The Japanese izakaya will be located beneath sway and is slated to open in 2025.</p>
