After a week-long flurry of photography, the 2016 Aspen Photo Challenge concluded at Belly Up Aspen, and the winners were announced. Ten local photographers competed in three different categories and had the chance of winning six in the inaugural photo contest presented by Aspen Chamber Resort Association Destination Marketing with media partner Outside Magazine.

Keala Asher, Seth Beckton, Dirk Braun, David Clifford, Jordan Curet, Ross Daniels, Jason Dewey, Jesse Hoffman, Zach Maraziti, and Jeremy Swanson.

The judges for this year’s challenge were Nicole Birkhold of Birkhold Ink, Tiffany Cook of Aspen Skiing Company, Jim Harris of 5 Point Film Festival, Jakob Schiller of Outside Magazine, and Andrew Studer and Toby Harriman, photographers and social media influencers.
Each photographer brought a creative approach and refreshing perspective to capturing the breathtaking fall colors in Aspen.
